I would use Excel in a math based class, or one that contains a lot of data, perhaps like History. I would use this for a math class more towards older students, perhaps to teach about data entry and averages. I would also use this program to help students who would like to display history dates and events in an organized fashion, which this would be very useful for. This program could also help learning about pie charts and bar graphs.
